What areas do you cover?
A) In and around Dundee area including - Tayside, Angus, Fife & Perthshire.
Do you charge for Quotations?
A) All our Quotations are FREE of charge and valid for 30 days.
How do I request a Quotation?
A) Give us a ring or an e-mail to arrange an appointment time that is
convenient and suitable to yourself. We will come out and see you at home, at
this time to discuss your requirments. A full and detailed Quotation will be
sent out within 4 working days.
How long from the Quotation being accepted and until the work starts?
A) Normally 2-3 weeks depending on the size of job.
Will I need to take time off work while the work is being carried out?
A) No. As long as access for ourselves has been pre-arranged by either leaving
us a key or a friend or neighbour granting us access.
What hours do you work?
A) Monday-Thursday 8am-4.30pm
Friday 8am-3.30pm
Saturday 8am-12noon
(Any work out with these hours are pre-arranged with customer first)
How is your staff employed?
A) All of our Plumbing & Heating staff work directly for us.
Sub Contractors such as Electricians, Joiners & Tilers are also employed by
Waterflow on a regular basis to carry out specific jobs.
(All Sub Contractors are the direct responsibility of Waterflow)
